Welcome! My name is Ky, your Stylist. Thank you for choosing me. I specialize in healthy hair care, lived-in color, extensions, braids, and styles customized to fit your lifestyle and overall hair goals. My focus is always creating an experience that feels comfortable, professional, and personalized while maintaining the integrity of your hair. Please read my policies carefully before booking. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. DEPOSITS Certain larger services, including select color appointments and longer booking sessions, require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit requirements vary depending on the service booked and will go toward your remaining balance at checkout. Deposits are required to protect the time reserved specifically for you, as many larger appointments require extended scheduling, preparation, and product allocation. Remaining balances can be paid using accepted payment methods listed at checkout. Processing fees may apply to digital payments. APPOINTMENT POLICY Please arrive with your hair reasonably detangled unless your booked service specifically includes detangling. Excessive detangling may result in additional fees or the need to reschedule if it affects timing for other clients. For extension services, please come with clean, fully dried hair unless otherwise instructed. Hair is not included with extension services unless explicitly stated. If you are unsure what to book, please send inspiration photos and current hair photos in advance so I can properly guide you toward the correct service and timing. CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that life happens, but out of respect for my time and other clients, cancellation policies are enforced. • Appointments canceled with adequate notice may transfer their deposit one time to a new appointment date. • Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No call/no shows are subject to 100% of the scheduled service total and may result in being unable to book future appointments. • Unpaid fees must be resolved before booking again. LATE POLICY / LATE FEE Please respect appointment times, as late arrivals affect the remainder of the day’s schedule. • There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Arriving after this threshold will result in an additional $15 fee added to your service total. If I am running behind, a discount will be applied as a courtesy to respect your time as well. • Clients arriving excessively late may need to shorten or reschedule their service depending on timing and service type. • Arriving significantly late without communication may result in the appointment being canceled and treated as a no show. • Repeated lateness may affect future booking privileges. REFUNDS Refunds are not offered on completed services, as time, products, and preparation have already been invested. However, client satisfaction is important to me. If there are any concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 48 hours so we can discuss possible adjustments if appropriate. All concerns are handled case by case. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Appointment details, reminders, and any necessary preparation instructions will be sent through your booking confirmation. Please: • Arrive with inspiration photos if applicable • Come with a positive and respectful attitude • Understand that you are entering a professional working environment • Complete all required booking forms before your appointment Silent appointments are always welcome — just let me know beforehand. EXTRA GUESTS To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved. CHILDREN For safety reasons, children who are not receiving a service should not attend appointments unless discussed beforehand. SQUEEZE INS Last-minute or squeeze-in appointments are limited and not always available. These appointments may include an additional fee depending on scheduling availability and service type.
